Fun with Fujifilm X100

These snaps came from my X100 shoebox of images.  I’ll go out with my cameras, snap a lot of images, then let them stew for a time before I sort them out.  I like doing this process as it pulls me away from that day to view the images again with a totally different eye.  I’m also having fun with filters, too.

    1. Thank you. I was waiting for the local bookstore to open where the snap was taken. There must’ve about three people wandering the promenade when I spot this guy trudging up promenade with coffee in hand from Starbucks. The funny thing was next to the book store where I was sitting is a Starbucks, open and serving coffee.

  1. Nice snaps! One of the reasons I love shooting film is the detachment from the photo that happens between the time you capture the photo and the time you see the image for the first time. I find that I’m more objective of my work during this process.

    1. Thank you. I love shooting film because of its magical properties. Now shooting with digital, I really do most times unload the card and return to those snaps later. Then again, sometimes I forget about them. HA! I should look around more often.
